Milan, 30th October 2025: The GIANO fund, fully subscribed by P3 and managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., has announced the launch of a new 18,840 m² logistics development in Treviglio (BG), following the acquisition of an area of over 30,000 m².
Located in the productive heart of northern Italy and adjacent to the Milan metropolitan area, this logistics development enjoys direct access to the A35 motorway (BreBeMi) via the Treviglio toll booth and is well connected to the Rivoltana Sp 14 and Sp 185, some of the main arteries connecting Milan's major industrial and commercial centres.
