Iwona Sadowska, Head of Leasing, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: "We are delighted that OBI - one of our key tenants - has decided to continue our cooperation and it is staying at the P3 Lodz I Park. The agreement extension for the following years confirms the client’s trust in the quality of our services and the strategic location of the Lodz park on the logistic map of Poland. With our flexible approach and the support our team offers throughout the duration of the entire lease, we do our best to effectively support the development of our business partners."
As the fourth largest city in Poland, Lodz is a strategic logistics and industrial centre which has been attracting investors for years. Its proximity to the A1 and A2 motorways and the S8 and S14 motorways ensures excellent communication and efficient distribution of goods throughout the country. The Lodz region offers modern warehouse infrastructure with a total area of over 4.6 million m², which makes it the third largest warehouse market in Poland.
Hubert Wojtera, Head of Industrial and Logistics Space, AXI IMMO, said: “The renegotiated agreement is a result and an example of a well-executed process in which the developer's flexibility has been crucial. This refers both to its commercial terms and the space options tailored specifically to the tenant's needs. Keeping the tenant in this location is a sign of their satisfaction with the existing relationship, as well as with the advantages of the park itself, including the fact that it offers possibilities for further expansion. The developer, as part of the agreement extension, has prepared also some improvements to increase the functionality and comfort of the occupied space."
